To process your return efficiently, please log into your dashboard account or contact our dispatch team with your order number. We will review your application and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific warehouse drop-off instructions. Do not ship heavy components back without an official RMA code attached.
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping freight charges unless the return is a direct result of our fulfillment mistake (such as sending an incorrect engine cylinder part or structural model mismatch). Because earthmover components are notably heavy, we highly recommend utilizing trackable logistics carriers with freight insurance.
Once your package arrives safely at our distribution center, our logistics team inspects the parts to verify their original condition. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment platform within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that banks or secure credit card processors may take additional processing days to show the funds in your ledger statement.
If a heavy part arrives with physical shipping damage or structural manufacturing defects, please document the package with clear photos immediately and contact our support desk through our official contact form. We will arrange a prioritized shipping replacement at zero cost to your fleet operations.
